Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund
  • If you have received a damaged product, Kindly do not worry. Drop us a mail on lovelapearlita@gmail.com with your Order Id and images of the damaged product within 7 days of receiving the order. We will check and have the product replaced or refund your money whichever is preferred. Complete amount will be refunded and it can reflect in your account in 7-10 business days from the refund processed date.
  • If you don’t like the Product that you received, You can Drop us a mail and you could just ship the product back to us to the address which will be given in the mail. But please note that the products purchased can be returned only if it is unopened / unused without damage and with all the tags intact within 7 days of receiving the order and please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. You can purchase another product in exchange.
  • You can choose refund also. The refund will be processed in 5 working days and it can reflect in your account in 7-10 business days from the refund processed date. Please make sure that the return product is packed well to avoid any damages in transit. The product should be returned in its original state for the refund / code to be processed.
  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable. 
No return / refund / exchange is possible for freebies & customized products.
Exchange Policy: 
  • No return and exchange request would be accepted if the return/exchange request is raised after 7 days of receiving the shipment.
  • Incase we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self ship the product. A maximum of 100 INR would be given to you as a credit note for reverse shipping.
  • Exchange would not be accepted if the product was customized for you.
  • If you want to exchange the product you ordered for with another product of higher amount, we would give you a coupon code for the amount of the product you returned. You can use this code while placing order and pay the balance amount on your next purchase.
  • Products bought during sale are non-refundable 
  • Exchange is possible only once. If you opt to exchange the product the 2nd time, you would have to bear the reverse shipping charges and forward shipping charges , which would cost you 300 INR. 

Cancellation :

  • Please mail us for any cancellation request if your order has not been shipped yet.
  • Orders can be cancelled only if it has not been shipped from our warehouse. 
  • No cancellation applicable for customised products once the order is placed.
  • We cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our store for delivery. Once the product is shipped, we will not consider cancellation requests. If a cancellation request does comes up before the product leaves our warehouse, we will try to hold the shipment but there is no guarantee that the cancellation request will be honoured.

 Refund for the cancelled order :

  • If the payment was by credit/ debit card or net-banking, the money will be refunded to your credit/ debit card or net-banking account, respectively. Refunds are processed between 7- 12 working days.
  • Please note that we depend on the bank to ensure that the money is refunded to your account. We only control the release of funds from our side. There is little we can do in case there is a delay from the bank’s end.


    NOTE: The company has rights to cancel any order with their discretion. You will be provided a refund or a coupon to the website accordingly, as per the case.
